Get ready for an intense outdoor workout consisting of drills, toning exercises, core work, hill sprinting, and anything else I throw at you. You'd be surprised at how much of a workout you can get from a simple Central Park bench! We use the lay of the land and never stay in one spot too long so don't bring too much crap with you. Bring your gloves and know that you will get a little dirty so leave your designer workout clothes at home!
