Description

Immerse yourself in the expressive world of music through focused study of the violin. Students will develop ensemble skills, draw inspiration from musical sources, refine their technique, and gain performance experience throughout these classes.

You are responsible for providing your own violin. Many music stores offer monthly rental options if you do not own an instrument. Your instructor will provide additional details about rental resources and recommendations.

Location Details:

Room numbers will be assigned to students following completion of registration
A semester parking permit is available from the Community Services Office for $10, or you can purchase daily permits from dispensing machines located at parking lots and structures for $2 per day

Refund Policy

There are no refunds or transfers after a class begins. Requests to withdraw from a class or transfer to another Community Services class must be done 5 OR MORE DAYS prior to the first class meeting. There is a $15 service charge per class for each refund or transfer requested. If you enrolled in a class less than 5 days prior to the first class meeting, NO refunds will be given. There are no refunds or credits for absences and late registrations are not pro-rated. Missed class meetings may not be made up in another class.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
