Booking policies
Each school sets its own cancellation policy, and you see it on the class page before you book. If your plans change, you can often move to another date or keep the value as CourseHorse credit.
Each school sets its own policy
The policy is on every class page, so you can read it before you book. It says how much notice the school needs and what you get back.
Changing or cancelling a booking
Open the booking in My classes and choose Change or cancel. You see the options the school's policy gives you right now.
Depending on the policy, you can move to another date of the class or cancel and keep the value as CourseHorse credit. Ask us about anything else.
