In this class, you and a friend will create one beautiful table together. At least one participant must be 18 years or older.
Woodworking has traditionally been a hobby that required a personal connection with someone who possesses real expertise in workshop techniques and woodworking practices.
Are you interested in woodworking but unable to casually try it because you lack tools and workshop space, without wanting to commit to a full woodworking apprenticeship program? We are here to be your woodworking resource. This workshop will teach you the essential skills needed to design and build the furniture pieces of your dreams.
You will begin this workshop with several pieces of oak wood. You will then cut and shape the oak into each individual component of your table using a mitre saw, a router table, a table saw, and a belt sander.
Never used any of those tools? Don't worry about it. Each workshop includes a knowledgeable guide who is there to support and assist you every step of the way. After completing your tool work, you will ensure that everything fits together with precision before assembling your completed project.
