An abstract painting technique in which paint is dripped, splashed, or poured onto the canvas, then spun to create a unique and original painting.

- One 16 x 20-inch canvas per team (alternative canvas sizes available for an additional fee)

How It Works:
This unique hands-on workshop allows you to create your own graffiti art project with the help of an authentic NYC graffiti artist. Learn the tips and techniques of aerosol art, from fill-ins to masterpieces, as you immerse yourself in graffiti art culture.
What It Includes:
We supply paint, gloves, studio time, and, of course, instruction from a professional NYC graffiti artist.
Options:
- Graffiti Wall Freestyle: The graffiti workshop takes place directly on the walls of our studio, just like authentic graffiti.
- Individual Project: Graffiti the walls and create an individualized panel (20 x 10 inches) for you to take home.
- Big Canvas: Graffiti the walls and create a 5-foot by 4-foot canvas to display or take with you.
Meeting Location:
The graffiti lesson is one hour long and takes place at our Brooklyn art studio located at 282 Meserole Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The closest subway stop is the Montrose L Train stop.
What to Wear:
Wear casual everyday clothes. The experience is not particularly messy, but mistakes can happen if you are not careful, so please listen closely to your instructor. Children 8 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult, and 2 tickets need to be purchased for each child.
