Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Training Level 2

In this training, we move on to more comprehensive supervised practice, explore EFT more deeply, and sharpen our skills. At the end of this workshop we will be able to: identify the “Gentle Techniques” for dealing with traumatic memories; observe the physiological signs of the stress response; describe how to utilize our observation of a client’s physiological shifts in formulating a coaching plan; recognize the cognitive changes consistent with effective therapeutic interventions; and name at least one hormonal, one neurological, one genetic, and one neurotransmitter shift that occurs when stress is reduced in a clinical setting.

EFT is a powerful self-help method which draws from elements of Cognitive Therapy and Exposure Therapy and combines them with Acupressure in the form of fingertip tapping on 12 acupuncture points. Over 20 clinical trials have demonstrated EFT’s effectiveness in addressing phobias, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, pain and other problems. Each two-day workshop is comprised of 8 learning modules that build your skill, step-by-step, in understanding and practicing the 48 core techniques of EFT. Each workshop includes approximately 6 hours of hands-on demonstrations and supervised exercises as well as extensive guidance and feedback from certified expert trainers. You will learn how to apply EFT in all the core areas of your life, such as relationships, work, health, and spirituality. Level 2 Pre-requisite: One must have taken the Level 1 workshop or attended a previous Clinical EFT workshop with an EFTUniverse Trainer. The Level 2 Workshop is the second step in becoming certified as an EFTUniverse Intermediate Practitioner-1.
