Tonight, Christine M. Filardi, a pioneer in biologically appropriate diets for pets, will share fun, quick, and easy-to-make balanced recipes (for both raw and cooked meals) that can greatly boost your animal’s health for a fraction of the cost of commercial pet food, leading to increased vitality and longevity, and decreased veterinary bills. Whether you chose to feed a raw or cooked diet, or a combination of both, this approach is the best step in preventing disease, or elimination of common illness (allergies, joint problems, obesity, digestive upset, and behavior issues) and in some cases is even lifesaving. The workshop will include a hands-on food preparation segment in which we will produce two recipes (“Charlie’s Chick Burgers” and “Ruby’s Red Velvet Cupcakes”) made with easy-to-find ingredients such as ground chicken, pumpkin, beets, and tuna. Come learn how the health of your pets can be reversed or reinvigorated with cutting edge natural nutrition.
Note: A materials of $10 to be paid directly to the instructor for ingredients and a handout.
