Develop a solid command of charcoal drawing through hands-on exploration of core techniques including shading, blending, and subtractive methods. Students work on toned or mixed media paper to build depth, texture, and contrast, drawing from provided subjects or their own. Skills grow progressively through guided instruction and structured class critiques that sharpen artistic expression.

Happy Almost Fourth of July!
This Sunday morning, we will be learning all about Flags! In honor of Independence Day, we will be talking all about the history and design of flags. Participants will be designing their own flags and telling us about the fictional places they represent!
Our highly interactive virtual classes include movement games and kids are encouraged to participate and shine- we hope to see you there! Siblings join free as long as they're on the same screen!

What to Bring
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
