We developed Problem Framing to help leaders navigate that landscape. A modular strategy framework that complements your existing processes, Problem Framing gives product leaders the tools to bring the customer and the business into the same conversation.
Over the course of two modules (Business and Market), we'll teach you how to combine objectives, goals, organizational context, market research, and customer problems into a prioritized list of validated opportunities.
In this 5-hour, hands-on workshop covers the Business Module of Problem Framing. We'll teach you frameworks, activities, and methods to analyze the organizational side of product strategy:
We'll combine that analysis with outputs from the Market Module (like user insights and market research) to identify, prioritize, and pitch product opportunities that earn a yes from all of your stakeholders.
This course is available for "remote" learning and will be available to anyone with access to an internet device with a microphone (this includes most models of computers, tablets). Classes will take place with a "Live" instructor at the date/times listed below.
