Eva is an amazing language teacher. I say language, because she speaks so many of them. If you’re looking for help in Spanish, French, or German, or if Turkish, Arabic, and Portuguese are more your speed, she is perfect for you. She is a teacher who has off-the-charts competence and a stellar knowledge of all the languages she speaks. She is very understanding, joyful, and easy to get along with. She is very accommodating to any need that you might have. This is very important for me, because I am blind, and the way that I learned is not like everyone else. I promise you, you will not find many people who can match her attention to detail or her abilities. You are lucky if you have stumbled upon this website. You don't need to search any further for your language teacher. I cannot recommend her too highly. Thank you! -

In the last ten years... maybe more, I've tried the apps, the online tutors, and even live classes to make my Italian feel more natural. When I started with Eva just to give it one more shot, since I'm now a literal citizen here in Como, I never expected it would make such a difference. Her professional, yet easy style helped me find the way to feel better about using the language in interactions on the phone, in person, and in critical situations...and I can tell you this- it's not about the grammar. It's about the confidence. And working with Eva will give you all of that. I could not recommend her more. -

I found Eva because I received a gift certificate to “Course Horse”. Anyway, I was looking for an “in-person” French class, but that wasn’t easy to find. And I live in New York City. Everything was ZOOM. But after the pandemic, everyone seemed to like it better than being “in person”. Except me. But now, I’m a believer. Eva has been in BERLIN, and it seems as if she were right in my living room. I couldn’t be happier. She is fluent in so many languages that one can feel humbled. But Eva doesn’t allow that. Within a few lessons, she will try very hard to discern how best you learn. Do you respond to visual or audio, or written? Right now, I’m reading Le Petit Prince and Tintin comics. Love both, and I’m learning a lot. Oh….Did I say that she’s a kind, patient, and forever resourceful teacher? I really couldn’t recommend her more. -

Five months ago, I decided that I wanted to learn another language and committed to a comprehensive language-learning approach, incorporating apps, books, podcasts, and more. I was struggling with knowing if I was learning the right things or in the right way.
