Caramels and Truffles
Great class. I was excited to learn to make caramel...even though I don't care for them, I was keep eating the ones I made. Friends and family were complimenting, saying they are delicious and amazing. I thought caramels supposed to be hard to chew....but no! These are amazing. I can't hardly wait to make a batch for Christmas! :). By the way, Ruth is an amazing teacher. She knows her stuff abd she has lots of patience. Thank you! Violet -
