  • Outstanding class. This is my second class with Omi - she is amazing. Incredibly creative with very hands-on instructions. Other students were lovely. Am very much looking forward to taking more classes taught by her.
  • Fantastic class! I learned so much by experimenting through the guidance of Ms. Grey. Doing sample silk pieces with different types of silk, different types of leaves, different types of colors, and by seeing what others had done and asking about their own techniqueswith sample pieces. I'm so happy with my final scarf. I've now registered for other courses being taught by Ms. Grey. She is an outstanding, and fun instructor!
  • Wonderful class! The instructor Omi Gray was fantastic. She was patient, and had a great sense of humor. Her instructions were thorough and easy to understand. She was well prepared for the class. I loved the several practice samples we made. They allowed a lot of hands-on self instruction that ensured the final scarf would turn out great! Can’t wait for the Nuno Felt Scarf class in October with her.
  • Loved this class. The studio is just perfect and the instructor was extremely knowledgeable. Great introduction to a patternmaking!
  • My wife and her friend had a great time, they really enjoyed the class. I believe Emily was the teacher and they liked her teaching method!
  • The teacher is fantastic. I went in not knowing much and came out with a beautiful project. Thank you !!
  • It was amazing had a great time learning to make my hat very happy
  • Ranger was fantastic! I would take another class with them any day. In between clear instructions and the fire playlist they let us take the lead on the sewing machines and helped us order food from a local spot so we didn't starve. Would definitely recommend this class.
  • Pattern Making for Beginners (1-Hour Private)

The instructor completely modeled the class specifically for me and I learned exactly what I wanted to learn. I will come back for more lessons. The sign up was a bit confusing as it was not clear that what you were signing up for is a 1 hour personal class. So you must call after signing up and set up a session.
  • I learned how to make a hat and how to sew and what it takes to make a quality hat. A very small place and very knowledgeable hat maker!!!
  • Fantastic
  • This was such a good time. I learned a new skill and through the instructor, felt connected with my fellow classmates. Fun to chat and craft with new people.

  • This is the second time I have taken with class and I will definitely sign up for future ones! • Pattern Making for Beginners (1-Hour Private)

very good class, i learned a lot
  • Sewing 101: Tote Bag was a great intro class! I didn’t have any experience with a sewing machine prior to the class, but the instructor was able to give clear directions and the assignment was easy to follow. Highly recommend the class if you want to get a foundational understanding of a sewing machine and a fun tote bag!
  • It is my pleasure to assist you. First and foremost Emily is a brilliant instructor. This class will be enjoyable for anyone who has some background in sewing, pattern making, or the like. The reward is wonderful to know that you actually produced a pair of boots that you can wear out of the class and show off. My only suggestion would be a shopping trip with Emily to pick out your leather and other supplies. Not only would this be a fun outing (optional of course) but it would save the students a lot of time and money. Leather is very expensive so if you go with an expert she can recommend the proper leather to buy. Another fun part of the outing would be a chance to meet your teammates in a relaxed setting. I would highly recommend this class and am free if anyone has any questions.
  • This class was great. The fabric options were amazing. The instructor was very nice and was able to explain every step to every person. I loved that everyone in the class moved at their own pace. The instructor was very knowledgeable regarding sewing and made every one comfortable no matter what level of sewer they were. My bag came out perfectly!

  • Pattern Making for Beginners (1-Hour Private)

I had a great experience with Pattern Making for Beginners (Private). My teacher was clearly quite knowledgable and communicated the basics I needed to know in a way that was accessible and fun. There is nothing like getting one on one instruction and working fully hands on. This class gave me the confidence to create my own patterns that are appropriate for my skill level. My teacher was kind and patient and I highly recommend taking such a class. It is also nice to know such private classes are available whenever I may hit a stumbling block or need a refresher. Excellent experience all around!
  • Excellent class with a great teacher!
  • The class was fantastic! Lisa’s knowledge and experience as a milliner is abundant. The class was hands-on, which allowed me to learned and I brought home a beautiful finished flower made by me.
  • diana is a great teacher. Very helpful and patient. The store is very cute and has everything you need to take class.
  • The class was great! I'm impressed with how well the teacher explained the steps. Describing how to thread a sewing machine is not easy and she did it very well. Every person started with almost no knowledge and left with a professional-looking tote bag. Really enjoyed this class and will definitely take another.
  • I had such a fun time in the class! The instructor was super nice and helpful, and my finished bralette came out great.
  • Great class! Perfect for beginners. Had no sewing machine experience before and the class was easy to follow.
  • Great class, taught at a great pace. Really wonderful.
  • This class was phenomenal! I LOVE my bag. The instructor Will was helpful and made the class fun and the owner Chris was so welcoming and personable. 1000% everyone should take this class for their own custom leather tote bag. I’m obsessed with mine!
  • The instructor was super patient and attentive. The machine looked intimidating at first but I felt pretty comfortable after some instruction.
  • I had such a great time making the leather tote bag! I made friends, learned something new, and came home with a beautiful bag that I made!! The teachers were such a pleasure and I loved the space it was in. I cannot wait to go back and try date night with my fiancé.
  • Pattern Making for Beginners (1-Hour Private)

Excellent! I got the exact info I was looking for in this one hour private session. The instructor was thorough and helpful, while also a wealth of information. Couldn’t be better, although maybe I should have booked 2 hours because the time flew.
