Advanced Beginner Swimming
Swimming skills were a bit rusty so I’m glad I took this class. Looking forward to starting the Intermediate level -
Beginner Swimming
Great teacher and teaching assistant for a comfortable and safe learning environment. After 8 weeks I now feel confident to swim freestyle, tread water in the deep end and learn other strokes with more practice at city pools. The water is cold to keep it at competition levels and a long sleeve rashguard is advised. Use the bigger, cleaner locker rooms on level B1. -
Adult Swim - Beginner/Intermediate (Level 1-3)
Wonderful class and teacher. I plan to take the next class. -
Beginner Swimming
Instructor made it seems so simple and was able to get it within two sessions. Already recommended friends and two already booked for January classes. -
Beginner Swimming
Loved it! Knew only the very basics of swimming but was doing Freestyle & Backstroke across the pool length by the last class. The original instructor was out for a few of the 1st classes, she teaches cross training as well but the assistant(?) Mario was awesome. When the instructor came back she focused her attention to the beginners that still needed help with previous lessons & Mario focused on those who progressed a bit faster so everyone in the class could advance at their own pace which was pretty cool. So 5 stars for the class. However be warned as in previous posts that the women locker rooms are pretty gross - puddles of water & wads of hair on the floor - wear flip flops at all times. If you can overlook that then you are in for a really fun class. -

Swimming Instruction for Beginners
I went from not being able to stand properly in 3 feet deep water (my first day of class) to diving in 13 feet deep water and swimming across the pool on the last day of this class. If I can do it, anybody can but only if Joshua Bernstein is the instructor and Logan "the life saver Lifeguard!" -

Adult Swim II
Our swim class was fantastic! Thanks to Randy and all his assistants, we made leaps and bounds in our progress during swim class II. Randy's calmness, poise and positivity, enabled me to trust him and myself and face my fears with the water! I feel that with swim class III, I'll feel completely confident that I'll learn how to swim without the fear; so I'm looking forward to completing my education around my ability to swim. Thank you once again for providing such a wonderful opportunity for an adult, who otherwise, may not have been able to swim. I'm looking forward to swim class III. -
Adult Swim II
Randy our teacher was so supportive. Class size was a little too big. -
Swimming Instruction for Beginners
Josh is an EXCELLENT swimming instructor. He is particularly good at teaching adults. I found his tips most helpful. He is passionate about what he does and very patient. Though the class was on the larger side, he and co-instructor Logan always find the time to connect with students individually to provide feedback. I highly recommend him to beginners as well as those trying to fine tune skills as well. -
Intermediate Swim
Really good coaching and absolutely worth it . I learned a lot from different strokes to diving and also flip turn for laps . Michael was absolutely great and friendly with great patience . Would recommend to all . -
Advanced Beginner Swimming
Angie is a great instructor -
Zumba
This is an awesome class! Teacher Maji is a very good dancer and a dedicated teacher. I found the first session super challenging, but she gets you through it. Maji introduces you to a lot of different dance styles and makes you sweat! (bring water!) The classes are part of a community project I think, so there are many neighbours of different ages participating. It's a free class, but tips are welcome.
