In Lower Core 2 we go into more depth on designing specific treatments using the Lower Core Protocol. Lower body techniques are by their nature more complex than upper body due to the size and weight of the lower body and legs, so we continue to refine the techniques with an eye toward sustainability and body mechanics. Completion of Clinical Core for the Lower Body 1 is a prerequisite for taking this course.

Beginning Zen Shiatsu
Zen Shiatsu is an awesome place! The class was great and very informative. They also offer a massage licensing program which is cool. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone interested in learning more about the human body or for continuing education classes.
