I had such a great experience at this Thai cooking class! It was incredibly well run from start to finish—organized, engaging, and just the right balance of instruction and hands-on cooking. The recipes were excellent, and the food we made was absolutely delicious. Apologies again to Titi for having to mop the floor twice because of me! There were lots of laughs along the way, and I walked away having learned a lot in a relaxed, fun environment. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking for a memorable and tasty experience! -

Pakora, Paratha, Saag Paneer, and Butter Chicken (Couples Class)
We loved our afternoon cooking with Mukti - she exudes warmth and passion for both cooking amazingly flavorful Indian food and sharing her vast knowlege and experience. She was great involving the 9 students in our class in joining in the prep work, offering tastes along the way. She shared some of her personal story and many cooking tips with a freshness that felt intimate, even though she has probably shared the same info thousands of times. Everyone uniformly applauded the saag paneer as the best anyone had ever had - owing to the use of fresh whole spices that she toasts and grinds and combines with her homemade masala. The other dishes were wonderful as well. Highly recommend this experience!!! -
